The Summer Law Clerk Program typically runs May through August with start dates based on office needs. Full-time, in-office engagements with potential hybrid arrangements are available, and

Qualifications

• Current law students or recent graduates from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases.
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects.
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences.
• Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide.
