Job summary

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. invites current law students and recent graduates to express interest in its Summer Law Clerk Program across multiple offices.

You’ll gain real litigation experience, mentorship, and exposure to live matters while working in a collaborative, supportive environment. The program runs May through August with start dates based on office needs; opportunities are full-time in-office engagements with potential hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Current law students or recent graduates from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities.
• Interest in litigation and hands-on experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.
• Willingness to work in multiple office locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases.
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects.
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences.
• Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide.
