Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated student for a Supply Chain process engineering role within a distribution network. You will design and implement engineered solutions, drive process improvements, and support standard work practices across a Walmart-influenced environment.

You will analyze KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to efficiency and savings in Distribution, Fulfillment, or Consolidation Centers.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program currently.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027–August 2028.
• Desired majors include Industrial & Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Supply Chain Management.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve engineered solutions.
• Use a process-driven and methodical mindset to improve processes and eliminate losses.
• Analyze KPIs and identify opportunities to reduce process variation.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard work practices.
• Support WPS initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and demonstrate business impact.
• Contribute to projects that improve efficiency and drive savings across Supply Chain.
• Placement in a Distribution, Fulfillment, or Consolidation Center within the assigned network and business need.
