• Implement business processes and improvement strategies across supply chain and replenishment operations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions and ensure stakeholder execution
• Support supply chain processes through the distribution network and fulfillment centers
• Direct resolutions and respond to escalations involving shipping, receiving, inventory, returns, and supplier compliance
• Analyze data and root causes to improve network efficiencies and resolve daily and escalated exceptions
• Conduct performance reviews of merchandising departments, distribution centers, and suppliers
• Provide field-level operational direction and act as liaison with suppliers and transporters
• Design, develop, and deliver improved ways of working among supply chain stakeholders
• Prioritize product flow objectives and manage process corrections, errors, and feedback loops
• Identify service-level improvement opportunities and apply end-to-end costing and lean concepts
• Recommend cost reductions and process efficiencies
• Provide expert advice and guidance on information and best practices
• Build stakeholder relationships and partnerships and implement business solutions
• Monitor progress and results, recognize improvement opportunities, and adapt to organizational changes
• Model Walmart policies, values, ethics, compliance, and standards of integrity
• Foster respect, belonging, collaboration, feedback, coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement
