Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship program.
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support Personal Lines Underwriting Strategy initiatives through data analysis, research, and performance monitoring.
Analyze underwriting, pricing, and portfolio data to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in development and evaluation of underwriting strategies to support growth.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic projects and initiatives.
Create reports, presentations, and dashboards translating data into insights for decision-making.
Develop data and Power BI reports for field and customers to articulate value.
