Job summary

The Hanover’s summer internship in Personal Lines Data & Operations Analytics is based in Worcester, MA. The 10-week program (June–mid August) offers hands-on analytics work, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship to high-potential students.

You will collect, analyze, and report data, develop tools and processes, and present a final project to management. Requires 3.0+ GPA, enrollment in a bachelor’s or higher, proficiency in Excel and SQL, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or advanced degree program.
• Power BI and SQL Server Management Studio experience preferred.
• Commit to a full-time 10-week internship program.
• US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Support Personal Lines Analytics with data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Develop tools, processes, and reporting analytics to support business strategies.
• Communicate analyses clearly to internal partners and stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and leadership at program end.
