Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group invites college students to join a 10-week Summer Internship in Worcester, MA. This role offers hands-on experience in risk solutions, client service delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a Field Intern, you will work with Risk Solutions Consultants on projects, surveys, and a capstone presentation for senior management. Housing and relocation stipends are provided to support relocation to Worcester for the summer program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or advanced degree program
• GPA 3.0+ preferred
• Ability to commit to a 10-week full-time internship
• U.S. work authorization now and in the future required
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support Risk Solutions services and projects.
• Attend co-surveys with Risk Solutions staff.
• Complete Capstone project and presentation to senior management.
• Assist with research and development of Risk Solutions resources.
• Help field consultants with pre-visit preparation and account research.
• Develop account loss trend analyses.
• Follow up with customers on recommended services.
