Job summary

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell. The Continuous Improvement Intern will gain hands-on experience driving operational excellence initiatives that will make a real business impact.

This internship will focus on developing a Continous Improvement KPI processes.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence initiatives and KPI development.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop practical solutions and present recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business.
• Support process improvement projects and manage multiple tasks.
• Prepare and deliver a presentation to local management at program end.
