Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a 2027 Summer Intern in Engineering - Quality to help evaluate and improve the QMS internal audit program by analyzing procedures, findings, corrective actions, and historical data.

The internship runs 10–12 weeks (May–August 2027) and offers exposure to Hubbell's global operations. You will develop KPIs, standardize audit tools, build a dashboard, and support audits for customer, regulatory, and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during May–August 2027.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Familiarity with QMS, ISO 9001, and root cause analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve the QMS internal audit program by analyzing procedures, findings, corrective actions, and historical data to identify gaps and trends.
• Standardize audit tools and strengthen corrective action tracking.
• Develop KPIs and create a dashboard to improve visibility, accountability, and audit readiness.
• Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits with audit data and insights.
• Work in teams, manage multiple projects, and present findings to management.
