Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated offers a 10 to 12-week internship program designed to give students exposure to our business and hands-on experience in new product development and sustaining engineering. You’ll collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and other Hubbell units to build business cases, models, and validation activities.

Daily work includes applying classroom skills to real projects, completing value-added assignments, presenting to local management, and gaining industry

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during the internship (May–August 2027).
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship.
• Prior experience managing a collaborative project (work or school).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Developing business cases for new products and projects.
• Creating engineering models and drawings to support design work.
• Supporting product testing and validation activities.
• Ensuring designs are manufacturable, reliable, and aligned with project objectives.
