Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Oklahoma is offering a 10 to 12-week internship focused on Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement. You will support the Hubbell Manufacturing System (HMS) deployment in Building 1 Steel Department, analyze data, facilitate kaizen events, and track certification actions toward Bronze and Silver milestones.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college/university for May–August 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Interest in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating data and conduct process assessments.
• Facilitate kaizen events and support 5S/visual management programs.
• Maintain standard work documentation and track action items.
• Assist with safety, quality, delivery, and waste-reduction projects.
• Provide support to P&P and Utility Riser departments to advance HMS.
