Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated invites applications for the 2027 Summer Intern: Operations - Continous Improvement. The internship is a 12-week program aimed at driving operational excellence, developing KPI processes, and presenting leadership with actionable recommendations.

You will gain hands-on experience in lean principles, automation, analytics, and business process improvement within Hubbell's Shelton, CT operations.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited university working towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree related to the internship (required).
• Degree programs in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
• Familiarity or interest in manufacturing and continuous improvement.
