Hubbell Incorporated is offering a 10–12 week IT internship designed to expose students to the full spectrum of our business and IT operations. You will analyze processes, propose solutions, and develop documentation and reports that drive value.

During May–August 2027, you’ll work on hands‑on IT projects, collaborate in teams, and gain experience in project delivery and professional development. Compensation is hourly, with a structured internship program.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during the internship period (May–August 2027).
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship (required).
• Prior IT project experience preferred.
• Experience with Hubbell core technologies preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and basic IT tools.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business processes, technology solutions, and application areas to develop recommendations.
• Provide documentation, reporting, and solution concepts driving measurable business value.
• Gain hands-on experience in IT operations, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and project delivery.
• Work in teams and with colleagues in a professional environment.
• Prepare and deliver a presentation to local management at program end.
