Job summary

ICF is seeking a Business Systems & Applications Associate Intern to support the Administrative Operations Services (AOS) team. This 10-week, full-time internship will help document, analyze, and improve how AOS manages business applications and access across its portfolio.

The role is hybrid from Reston, VA, with a focus on developing inventories, process maps, and knowledge resources for standardization and efficiency.

Qualifications

Completion of at least 30 college-level credit hours by the internship start date in Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Technology Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
A completed bachelor's degree and enrollment verification or 9 credit hours in a graduate program related to Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Technology Management, Data Analytics or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

Inventory and document administrative services performed across AOS applications and platforms.
Analyze application ownership, recurring activities, dependencies, and support requirements.
Document user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management processes.
Develop process maps, service catalogs, RACI matrices, and operational documentation.
Collect, organize, and assess existing job aids, procedures, and knowledge resources.
Identify process improvement, standardization, and consolidation opportunities.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and validate findings with application owners and business partners.
Prepare recommendations and presentations for AOS leadership.
