Job summary

ICF is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst intern to join the Business Transformation Office in Reston, VA for a 10-week, full-time internship starting in June. Interns will support corporate strategic initiatives, assist change management communications, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Pay is $23/hour for undergraduates and $28/hour for graduates; the program offers a hybrid work setup. Housing or relocation is not provided at this time.

Qualifications

• By start date, a minimum of 15 completed college-level credits in business, Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Management, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.
• A completed Bachelor’s degree and enrollment verification or 9 credits completed in a graduate program related to business, Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Management, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.
• Experience in product or change management; familiarity with project management principles and tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building and maintaining productive partnerships.
• Solid computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Visio; PowerBI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support our internal business transformation by contributing to prominent corporate strategic initiatives.
• Support our internal change management team in the development and dissemination of communications and training materials (e.g., job aids).
• Communicate and partner with a variety of stakeholders across the organization to deliver projects on time.
• Coordinate meetings including taking notes and maintaining PowerBi dashboards with project statuses.
• Have the opportunity to network with executive leadership.
