Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc invites motivated students to join our 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program. Interns gain exposure to multiple tracks including Analytics, IT, and Administration while receiving mentorship and development workshops.

The program runs from June to August (up to 40 hours/week). Housing is not provided; remote work may be case-by-case. Interns will complete assignments, attend workshops, and present outcomes at internship end.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with active college enrollment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Support Provider Relations training projects and development.
• Participate in training sessions and assist with daily activities.
• Shadow colleagues to understand department roles and collaboration.
• Prepare and deliver presentations upon internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values and policies.
