Job summary

Qualifications

• Desired majors include Public Health, Psychology, Business Analytics, Market Research, Business, Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics or similar.
• Experience with survey design, data analysis and report writing is preferred but not required.
• Must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program and in good academic standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to interact across levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist with primary research projects to improve plan performance and customer experience.
• Develop and field simple surveys, analyze data, and report findings.
• Work with a mentor on strategic projects and deliver presentations at internship end.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to code of conduct and privacy policies.
