Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program in the Rochester area. The role includes development workshops, mentorship, and exposure to multiple tracks including business, IT, analytics, and clinical studies.

Interns work up to 40 hours per week from June through August. Interns will gain practical experience, participate in trainings, and have opportunities to present project results while maintaining confidentiality and upholding

Qualifications

• High School diploma with proof of continuous college enrollment in a full-time program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support the Behavioral Health Provider Relations team with training content development.
• Assist with day-to-day training activities and shadow staff to learn department roles.
• Contribute to projects and prepare presentations upon internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and code of conduct.
