Job summary

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in a college/university during May–August 2027.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews across facilities.
• Track hiring activity and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Develop staffing reports and dashboards; monitor time-to-fill metrics.
• Partner with plant leadership to provide staffing updates and improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes.
