• 12-week learning journey with a full-time, paid summer position.
• Motivated student to support approximately 1000 manufacturing employees across 3 shifts.
• Interest in gaining hands-on HR recruiting lifecycle experience.
• Data-driven with excellent Excel capabilities to collect and analyze data.
• Able to create job flyers and on-the-job videos to support recruitment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to pivot and improve processes.
• Ability to problem solve and ensure follow-up on employee issues.
