Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (required).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce, hiring, turnover and organizational data to identify trends.
• Validate HR data and develop workforce planning metrics and dashboards.
• Support forecasting, scenario modeling and documentation of planning processes.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for HR and leadership.
• Prepare presentations for HR, business stakeholders and leadership.
