You will review HR policies, analyze content across repositories, and help standardize documentation. The role emphasizes AI-enabled support tools, Workday transactions, and knowledge management practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, gaps, inconsistencies, and improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in HR technology, knowledge management, process improvement, and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess existing HR policies, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Analyze content across repositories including NeoCase and Inside Guardian.
• Standardize document formats, naming conventions, and content structures.
• Create clear, user-friendly process documentation for HR and Workday transactions.
• Develop process maps, job aids, workflow diagrams, and reference materials.
