You will gain industry knowledge through daily business interactions, hands-on projects affecting our business, and networking with senior leaders and interns across offices.

You are a current junior (graduating May 2028) who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Location is Pittsfield, MA; housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Must study mathematics, economics, business-related discipline, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build cross-team relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives that simplify financial planning for advisors.
• Support projects and analyses that advance the goals of Client Solutions.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and inform recommendations.
• Prepare clear, well‑structured deliverables for team and leadership audiences.
• Collaborate across teams and build relationships while learning how Guardian’s various areas work together.
