Qualifications

• ) A course of study in mathematics, economics, a business-related discipline (such as finance, accounting, marketing, or management), or a related field
• ) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams to gather insights, navigate complexity, and support cross-functional initiatives
• ) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• ) Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
• ) A collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives that simplify financial planning for advisors, helping newer representatives build confidence, engage clients earlier, and deliver planning solutions across client segments
• Support projects and analyses that advance the goals of Client Solutions
• Gather, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and inform recommendations
• Prepare clear, well-structured deliverables such as summaries, presentations, and reports for team and leadership audiences
• Collaborate across teams and build relationships while learning how the different areas of Client Solutions & Wealth Management work together to serve customers and grow the business
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve research, analysis, and day-to-day work where appropriate
• Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors, and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career
