Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. seeks a Summer Intern - Human Resources to support our HR team in Herndon, VA. You will gain exposure across HR Operations, Recruitment, Talent & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.

Join a dedicated HR team driving onboarding, leadership development and safety initiatives, with regular check-ins and feedback throughout the program. This internship runs May 17th to August 6th, 2027.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Business.
• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professional integrity.
• Proactive, learning mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations in a dynamic environment.
• Assist in planning and executing engagement activities for HR and EHS teams.
• Contribute to high-visibility HR projects and prepare leadership deliverables.
• Create materials and deliverables for review by management.
