Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. seeks a Summer Intern in Commercial Sales & Support based in Herndon, VA. You will join the Sales & Support team and participate in cross-team improvements, weekly reporting, and a quarterly sales meeting.

This 12-week program runs May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with a dedicated project mentor and a final presentation to Satair Leadership. You will gain exposure to account management, customer personas, and best practices used by Account Directors.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED and enrolled in University, required.
• Pursuing a degree in Business & Marketing is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Herndon, VA for the Summer Internship, required.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Effective verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Well organized with good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Directors to understand profiles, customers, and business objectives.
• Create a customer persona and document personas (Airline, MRO, Freighter, OEM, Distributor, etc.).
• Participate in monthly regional reviews and monthly regional sales reviews.
• Collect and compile best practices for the sales and support team of Account Directors.
• Support the intern project with cross-team improvements and present outcomes.
