Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. is seeking a Summer Intern - Business Operations to join the Operations team at the Dulles, VA facility. You will gain hands-on experience while supporting initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enable growth in a dynamic aerospace environment.

The program runs May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027 (12 weeks) with dedicated mentorship, collaboration across logistics and quality, and exposure to real projects that influence business capability and performance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at an accredited college or university.
• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mapping current warehouse processes (picking, packing, shipping) and identify efficiency improvements.
• Collect, analyze and present operational data to inform management decisions.
• Support the warehouse team with daily operations and safety/quality adherence.
• Document SOPs for new or optimized fulfillment processes and assist with training materials.
