Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of personnel.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize concurrent assignments with guidance.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).

Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Reporting: collect, analyze, and present operational data for management decisions.
• Operational Support: assist regional leadership to understand daily operations and provide support.
• Process Analysis and Optimization: identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Project Documentation: support project leaders and contribute to various projects.
• Collaborate across Warehouse Operations, Planning, and Governance teams.
