Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of undergraduate coursework completed, with four HR/Business/Management/Communications/Psychology courses.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with HR teammates.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including posting creation, sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Attend intake meetings, observe and conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidate qualifications with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Assist HR operations: onboarding, documentation, records management, and procedures maintenance.
• Contribute to employee programs, internship initiatives, recognition events, and HR projects.
