Flik Hospitality Group is offering a paid Hospitality & Catering Internship in Whippany, NJ for Summer 2027. The internship is full-time, 20 hours minimum per week and pays $20 per hour.

Interns must be enrolled in a college program in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts. Interns will rotate through roles, assist with events, support marketing tasks, and learn hands-on service standards within a dynamic food service and hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
• Available to work 20–40 hours per week based on business needs.

Responsabilités

• Rotate through different roles depending on location and needs (events, dining halls, cashier, coffee/barista, greeting guests).
• Provide consistently friendly and courteous service to guests.
• Support catering events by setting up, arranging buffet stations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing cleanup.
• Assist with marketing tasks, including signage, seasonal decorations, and communications.
• Adhere to platinum service customer standards and review front-of-house standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations.
