Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years towards a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong interest in design consulting.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Skilled in AutoCAD and BIM software.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mechanical system design tasks per codes and standards.
• Research equipment and resources for project use.
• Support client communication, project notebooks, and documentation.
• Coordinate design and schedule with cross-functional teams.
• Document design decisions and monitor project progress.
• Review project documents for accuracy before final check.
• Assist with preparation and issuance of addendum information.
• Conduct periodic job site observations and support contract services.
• Work within project budgets and collaborate to meet goals.
