Job description

Supports the Physical Plant as a grounds assistant/helper. Uses college-provided vehicle and equipment to assist maintenance personnel as required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Using power equipment to mow, rake, and trim lawns and shrubs on campus.
• Manual weeding, planting and maintaining planters and flower beds on campus.
• Other miscellaneous activities in keeping the campus grounds.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Assist in moving equipment and furniture as assigned.

• Ability to be punctual, dependable, and a self-starter.

Education and Experience

• Must be a regular, full-time student, enrolled in at least 12 hours per semester
• Must have a completed FAFSA on file with Financial Aid for the current academic year
