We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our internal systems, with a strong focus on implementing and maintaining Airtable. This is not a generic admin role — we need someone to help migrate, organize, and manage complex Airtable bases (e.g., vendors, sponsors, media) andbuild clear SOPs andtraining materials so the team can use these tools effectively.

This is not a generic admin role — we need someone to help migrate, organize, and manage complex Airtable bases (e.g., vendors, sponsors, media) andbuild clear SOPs andtraining materials so the team can use these tools effectively.

Your Role:
  • Assist in building and maintaining Airtable databases
  • Help migrate data from spreadsheets, forms, and email
  • Support automation, reporting, and field logic
  • Create team-facing guides (written + Looms) for easy onboarding
  • Assist with basic admin and light social scheduling tasks
  • Conduct targeted research (vendors, leads, sponsors)
Must-Haves:
  • Strong Airtable interest or quick learner with light experience
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and digital tools
  • Clear communicator, detail-focused, proactive
  • Bonus: Mailchimp, Meta Suite, Notion

Contract, remote, 20+ hrs/week, flexible hours
