Qualifications

• Majors include Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar.
• Proficiency with Excel, databases, and AI is preferred.
• High School diploma with proof of continuous college enrollment in a full-time program.
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and build relationships.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Proactive, creative, and flexible in completing tasks.
• Commitment to continuous skill and team improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with automation and projects related to a new ASO funding arrangement.
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
• Complete tasks based on business needs and priorities.
• Handle a mix of technical and non-technical projects across the business.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and member privacy per company policies.
• Show up reliably and maintain attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
