Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc invites undergrad and grad students to a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program running June to August. Interns engage in meaningful projects, are mentored by managers, and participate in development workshops focused on key business concepts across tracks such as Finance, IT, Analytics, Marketing, and more.

Interns work up to 40 hours per week, housing is not provided, and there may be case-by-case remote work opportunities.

Qualifications

• Majors include Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Proficiency in Excel, databases, and AI usage preferred.
• High School diploma with continuous college enrollment and good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interacts with diverse audiences.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and desktop computing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various internship projects across tracks.
• Work with a mentor on strategic initiatives including automation.
• Prepare and deliver final presentations at internship end.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Attend development workshops and networking events.
