Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma with proof of continuous college enrollment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Balance and release various check runs.
• Perform root cause analysis for delays/kickouts.
• Assist with the Workday special check run process.
• Handle payments at the lockbox end to end.
• Process provider refunds and input research results.
• Daily Cash Forecast reviews and respond to inquiries.
• Support with presentations and project work.
• Maintain confidentiality and attendance expectations.
