Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns participate in development workshops, work on meaningful projects, and are mentored by managers. The program covers various tracks including finance, IT, analytics, HR, and more.

The internship runs from June to August (up to 40 hours/week). Housing is not provided; a focus on transitioning to the corporate environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Finance, Economics, Mathematics or similar programs are encouraged.
• Proficiency with Excel, databases, and some exposure to AI is preferred.
• High School diploma with proof of continuous college enrollment in a full-time degree program.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to interact with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
• Complete assignments based on business needs and department priorities.
• Perform a mix of technical and non-technical tasks across a broad range of projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
