Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduates and graduates. Qualifications

• Desired majors include Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar programs.
• Proficiency with Excel, databases, and use of AI.
• High School diploma with proof of continuous college enrollment (full-time undergrad/grad).
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with varied audiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Team player with strong working relationships.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Proactive and flexible in completing tasks.
• Commitment to continuous skill and team improvement.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or within teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using a desktop computer in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Specific duties vary by assignment; support projects with a mentor.
• Assist in automation, review, and new processes for ASO funding arrangements.
• Contribute to strategic projects and deliverables.
• Complete tasks based on business needs and priorities.
• Work on a mix of technical and non-technical projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values.
• Regular attendance and reliability; perform other duties as assigned.
