Keurig Dr Pepper invites you to join the Summer 2027 Intern – Field Sales Management program in St. Paul, MN. You will help grow channels, operate with distributor partners, and pursue sales objectives while learning through hands-on, cross-functional projects.

Eligible undergraduates in Business Administration or related fields will gain real-world experience, with a path back into our Early Career Leadership Development Program after the internship. In-person in St.

Qualifications

• Full-time undergraduate, junior year, graduating Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
• Geographic mobility is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and be a self-starter.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Consumer packaged goods or beverage experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, brand distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts for pre-selling promotions, displays, point-of-sale materials, beverage section resets, service requirements.
• Develop and maintain customer account contacts to increase product availability within assigned market channels.
• Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Develop action plans to ensure achievement of annual objectives.
