The internship runs mid‑May through early August, full‑time, with hands‑on engineering and business experience across operations. This role targets students pursuing a B.S. in Chemical or Industrial Engineering, with at least sophomore standing, strong Microsoft Office skills, leadership ability, and

• Pursuing a B.S. degree in Engineering (Chemical or Industrial preferred) and completed at least sophomore year.
• GPA of at least 3.0 at an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Actively participate in executing product development projects.
• Provide project status updates and laboratory reports.
• Assist Nonwovens team in developing technical solutions to improve operations and product performance.
• Analyze distribution and identify process improvements in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with engineers to track root causes and optimize production processes.
• Support process development projects to reduce manufacturing costs.
• Review production data to support operational decisions.
