Johns Manville in Spartanburg, SC is offering a 2027 Summer Internship Program for engineering students. The internship runs mid‑May to early August, full‑time, with hands‑on assignments across product development, process technology, and operations.

At the end, interns present their work to senior leadership at JM's Denver headquarters, gaining exposure, feedback, and a path to professional growth within a global manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. degree in engineering with chemical or industrial focus preferred.
• Completed at least sophomore year of undergraduate coursework.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Take an active part in execution of product development projects.
• Provide project status and lab reports as required.
• Support process technology development and operational improvements.
• Analyze warehouse distribution and track root causes of issues.
• Review production data to support operational decisions.
• Collaborate with teams and manage contractors as needed.
• Develop and integrate product/process documentation for consistency.
