Job summary

Johns Manville invites engineering students to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program in McPherson, KS. The internship provides hands-on engineering and business experience through challenging assignments focused on innovation and growth, with opportunities for full-time roles after completion.

Interns will engage in projects, attend seminars, and interact with JM executives, gaining exposure to JM's history, values, and corporate leadership in Denver, Colorado.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Manufacturing).
• Completed at least sophomore year and enrolled in 2027 classes.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering services for complex problems under direct guidance of higher-level engineering personnel.
• Take an active part in the execution of plant projects.
• Assist Sr. Engineers on technical service initiatives with sampling, analysis, troubleshooting, process improvement, and recommendations.
• Develop and integrate process documentation ensuring consistency and accuracy.
