Job summary

Johnson & Johnson invites applications for the IDAR Summer Intern (EASE) in Raritan, NJ or Spring House, PA. The 2027 internship runs May to August, full-time (40 hours weekly) with 2 vacancies available.

You will join the Enabling Analytics & System Excellence group to gain hands-on experience in data, systems, analytics, and AI-driven projects. The program targets students pursuing STEM or health-related degrees, with strong analytical skills and a GPA of 3.5+.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in an accredited university for the duration of the internship.
• Pursuing a quantitative or technical degree with strong analytical skills.
• GPA 3.5 or higher across coursework.

Responsibilities

• Support data, analytics, systems, and process initiatives within IDAR/EASE.
• Apply analytical thinking to support clinical trial processes and operations.
• Assist evaluation and application of AI-powered tools in clinical development.
