Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an IDAR Summer Intern (EASE) in Raritan, NJ or Spring House, PA. The role supports data analytics and system excellence within EASE, offering hands-on experience in clinical trial processes.

The internship runs May to August 2027, full-time (40 hours/week) with 2 vacancies. Enrolled students pursuing a degree in Data Science, CS, Engineering or related fields should maintain a 3.5+ GPA and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA in Data Science, CS, Engineering or related fields.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher, reflective of all coursework.
• Ability to learn computer systems concepts and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support data, analytics, systems, and process initiatives within the EASE organization.
• Apply analytical thinking to support clinical trial processes and operations.
• Assist in evaluating AI-powered tools for clinical development use cases.
• Contribute to AI-driven automation and data quality projects.
• Document activities, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders.
