The internship focuses on AI-enabled solutions, data analytics, automation, and digital workplace projects within the Clinical & Statistical Programming function, offering hands-on experience with Python, R, SAS, SQL, APIs, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year is required.
• Active enrollment in an accredited university for the duration of the internship pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, and/or MBA degree in relevant fields.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site in NJ/PA and 2 days remote).
• Must be able to provide housing arrangements and transportation to sites.
• U.S. work authorization is required for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist AI-enabled solution design, development, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to data analytics, automation, and data transformations.
• Support SharePoint portal development and Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document project outcomes.
