Johnson & Johnson is seeking an IDAR Summer Intern (CSP) to join the Clinical & Statistical Programming function in Raritan, NJ; Titusville, NJ; or Spring House, PA. The 12-week program runs May–August 2027, with a 40-hour work week and hybrid schedule.

As part of the Integrated Data Analytics & Reporting organization, you will work on AI-enabled solutions, data applications, automation, and SharePoint digital workplace development, gaining hands-on experience across multiple projects.

Competenze

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Active enrollment in an accredited university for the duration of the internship pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA in technical fields.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher across all coursework.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model: three days on-site in NJ/PA and two days remote.
• Must provide own transportation and housing arrangements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
• Students on CPT/OPT/STEM OPT may not qualify unless eligible for a long-term status without sponsorship.
• If under 18, ensure working papers and parental consent as required.
