Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is offering a Summer Intern (EASE) position in IDAR to gain hands-on experience in data analytics and AI applications within the Enabling Analytics & System Excellence function. The internship runs May–August 2027 at multiple U.S. sites, with a 40-hour work week.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a 4-year program, have a 3.5+ GPA, and exhibit strong analytical and teamwork skills. U.S. work authorization is required; CPT/OPT constraints apply.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year is required.
• Active enrollment in accredited university for the duration of the internship.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Students on CPT/OPT/STEM OPT may have sponsorship constraints.

Responsibilities

• Support data, analytics, systems, and process initiatives within the EASE organization.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support clinical trial processes and operations.
• Support evaluation and application of AI-powered tools in clinical development use cases.
• Contribute to AI-enabled automation, data analysis, and decision-making.
• Help improve data quality and generate actionable insights across planning and execution of trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on assigned projects and initiatives.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and digital tools.
• Document activities and communicate results to stakeholders.
