Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is offering a 12‑week IDAR Summer Intern position (C & SP) in Raritan, NJ / Titusville, NJ or Spring House, PA, May–August 2027. This full‑time internship exposes you to AI, data analytics, automation, and digital workplace projects within Clinical & Statistical Programming.

You will work in a hybrid model 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, contributing to AI-enabled solutions and SharePoint development while gaining hands-on experience in data-driven clinical development.

Qualifications

• You must be an undergraduate student enrolled for the duration of the internship.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher required.
• Hybrid work model experience/ability (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
• Ability to arrange own housing and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled design, development, testing and documentation of solutions.
• Contribute to proof-of-concept apps, data workflows and automation.
• Develop SharePoint pages, lists, forms, and reports.
• Create and integrate Power BI dashboards into the portal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document progress.
