Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is offering Summer Culinary BOH Internship opportunities in Chicago and other markets. Interns will participate in weekly educational meetings and hands-on restaurant work from May 25 through August 4, 2027, roughly 10 weeks.

Interns cover housing/transport; questions to [e-mail]. Internships include a group project with a final presentation at a live expo in Chicago and mandatory festival participation in Chicago events.

Qualifications

• 1 year of practical experience OR current enrollment in a culinary program.
• Experience with Italian or French cuisine is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly seminars and internship activities.
• Assist with restaurant operations as assigned during the internship.
• Support team members during events and festival participation.
• Attend internal trainings on restaurant finances, menus, and marketing.
• Complete group project and final presentation at a live expo.
