Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited degree program or co-op, with at least 1 year of completed education.
• Must be 18+ to work on site.
• Desire to learn construction management and the industry.
• Commitment to standard hours and potential overtime.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist on active construction projects with supervision.
• Support project engineers, superintendents, and managers.
• Participate in site meetings, document control, and reporting.
• Learn safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Develop familiarity with project coordination and lifecycle processes.
• Assist with quantity take-offs and subcontractor coordination.
• Support close-out preparations and project documentation.
